As an Operations Manager, I oversaw end-to-end project delivery, from planning and resource allocation to quality assurance and stakeholder management. I led teams focused on AI innovation and digital product creation, implementing emerging technologies while continuously refining processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and output quality.
